Remote Senior Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

A information technology service company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Engineering Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being Lead engineering team project and scrum management for OTG activities
• Managing Action Items and following up with action owners to ensure resolution
• Leading coordination and ensure all High Priority and Critical Priority Incidents are triaged properly

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, and more
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education (13-15 years total)
• 5+ years of relevant experience; IT background per technical content
• Certifications in relevant UX software plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrate proficiency with DevOps tools, JIRA, ServiceNow, and MS Project task tools
• Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the products and business operations
