Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Enrollment Eligibility Representative .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting ongoing program operations and assist in monitoring incoming files
- Supporting end to end service process, process controls
- Supporting operational services for data acquisition, evaluation, correction and delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- 6+ months experience with Enrollment & Eligibility and / or Prior Authorization and Referral Data
- Microsoft Office proficient – Word, Excel, and Outlook including the ability to open, create, edit, save, and send documents
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certified Processes
