Job Summary
A business and consumer products manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Enterprise CAPA Quality Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead the company's Enterprise CAPA Quality program
- Engage, motivate and develop the global Quality CAPA team
- Establish a Total Quality Management approach to Quality Management System improvement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel: May include up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Twelve (12) years experience in a private, public, government or military environment in one or more manufacturing quality specialties
- Five (5) years experience with Corrective Action and Preventative Action
- Experience leading transformational change initiatives in an enterprise environment
