Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Recruiting, building and developing a high performing team to deliver business results
- Driving performance review and development planning process with review meetings
- Coaching and providing career development for every individual contributor
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fundamental understanding of the mechanics of a multi-tier direct and channel sales model
- Proven experience in a leadership role (6 or more direct reports)
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to influence effectively with key stakeholders
- Strong customer and partner network with focus on customer CxO/CTO/CISO community
- Regional GTM strategy definition capability
