Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Recruiting, building and developing a high performing team to deliver business results
  • Driving performance review and development planning process with review meetings
  • Coaching and providing career development for every individual contributor

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Fundamental understanding of the mechanics of a multi-tier direct and channel sales model
  • Proven experience in a leadership role (6 or more direct reports)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Ability to influence effectively with key stakeholders
  • Strong customer and partner network with focus on customer CxO/CTO/CISO community
  • Regional GTM strategy definition capability
