Job Summary
A customer service software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Software Customer Success Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Manage technical discovery sessions
- Recommend best-practice approaches to integration
- Document the system architecture
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in a customer-facing customer success engineering or technical consulting role
- 5+ years of experience with 3rd party APIs to facilitate data transfer and flow
- 5+ years of SQL database experience
- 3+ years experience with requirements gathering and data modeling
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
- 5+ years ETL experience
