Job Summary

A customer service software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Software Customer Success Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Manage technical discovery sessions
  • Recommend best-practice approaches to integration
  • Document the system architecture

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in a customer-facing customer success engineering or technical consulting role
  • 5+ years of experience with 3rd party APIs to facilitate data transfer and flow
  • 5+ years of SQL database experience
  • 3+ years experience with requirements gathering and data modeling
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
  • 5+ years ETL experience
