Job Summary
An enterprise platform for corporate learning has an open position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own the customer relationship post-sales
- Have a heavy focus on account management, renewals, and upsells
- Be a strategic advisor to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Previous experience in enterprise SaaS
- Comfortable working with CxOs and managing a sales process
- Expertise in building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations
- Strong technical aptitude, project management skills, and attention to detail
- Past experience running complete renewal and upsell cycles with your book of business
