Job Summary

An enterprise platform for corporate learning has an open position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Own the customer relationship post-sales
  • Have a heavy focus on account management, renewals, and upsells
  • Be a strategic advisor to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
  • Previous experience in enterprise SaaS
  • Comfortable working with CxOs and managing a sales process
  • Expertise in building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Strong technical aptitude, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Past experience running complete renewal and upsell cycles with your book of business
