Job Summary
An analytics solutions software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Support Manager .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Increasing customer satisfaction through regular meetings to understand business needs, build value roadmaps based on these needs
- Monitoring customer health by tracking product usage and customer satisfaction
- Acting as a customer advocate, driving cross-functional teams across Development, Product Management, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support
Position Requirements Include:
- Previous experience with Windows and Linux infrastructure environments
- Track record of working with enterprise level customers
- Ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable
- Minimum 4+ years of customer facing experience in a services role, preferably with a SaaS company.
- Strong leadership skills which inspire confidence with the customer (internal and external)
- highly motivated and visible to customers through regular meetings and calls
