Job Summary

A cloud computing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Support Program Field Operations Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Create frameworks to enable documenting and sharing of best practices
  • Drive programs to bring consistency in operational processes across multiple industry specific Enterprise Support teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
  • Ability to work with training team to define and deliver industry specific training for Technical Account Managers
  • Ability to drive programs to bring consistency in operational processes across multiple industry specific Enterprise Support teams
