Job Summary
A cloud computing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Enterprise Support Program Field Operations Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Create frameworks to enable documenting and sharing of best practices
- Drive programs to bring consistency in operational processes across multiple industry specific Enterprise Support teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Ability to work with training team to define and deliver industry specific training for Technical Account Managers
- Ability to drive programs to bring consistency in operational processes across multiple industry specific Enterprise Support teams
