A mass media company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Entertainment Media Editor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying, writing, editing and publishing entertainment and celebrity content

  • Writing compelling SEO-friendly headlines

Qualifications Include:

  • At least five years of proven entertainment editing experience, preferably for a major outlet
  • Experience using content management systems and social media tools
  • Familiarity with AP style, strong knowledge of current events and politics
  • Experience and ability working across CMS platforms
  • Possess an “on-call” mentality and be prepared to work under emergency or breaking news conditions
