Job Summary
A gaming company is seeking a Remote Senior Environment Artist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of building polished in-game environments
- Work directly with Design team members to ensure environments meet artistic and gameplay needs
- Build out modular, on grid, kits for architecture and structural pieces
Position Requirements Include:
- At least one shipped title as a Senior Environment Artist
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender or 3Ds Max
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine’s core features and tools
- Excellent eye for environmental artistic composition
- Ability to translate ideas found in concept art to a wide range of different environments
- Strong understanding of a On Grid workflow for architectural and structural assets
