Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Epic Configuration Analyst in Albuquerque.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as required
  • Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades / updates, and projects, collaborating with colleagues and across teams
  • Develop and maintain requirements / specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality to department applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience
  • 2 years of Epic specific experience
  • 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Epic certified in supporting application plus additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area
  • Epic Certifications: Epic Care Ambulatory, Epic Care Link, Epic Care Care Everywhere
