Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Equity Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to ad hoc analyses and data requests on a timely basis
- Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and yearly disclosures and stock-based compensation expense for SEC reporting and audit purposes
- Communicating with and responding to employee inquires and coordinate with internal teams and vendors as appropriate to resolve issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in administration of employee equity programs
- Expertise with employee equity programs, multiple equity award types, and high transaction volume across multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work
- A compliance and process-oriented individual who is also flexible and can excel in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to complete projects timely and accurately
