Job Summary

A global software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Equity Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the daily administration of stock plans
• Partnering with other functional leads to develop processes which ensure the accuracy of all equity data
• Working to create stock reports as requested

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in administration of global equity plans
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• A working knowledge of equity plans and multiple equity types
• Experience working directly with major third-party equity software systems
• Experience partnering with other teams
• Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans
