Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Senior Evaluation and Learning Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and budgeting for iterative learning and adaptation moments
  • Leading the design and implementation of shared, high quality, integrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning systems
  • Developing evaluation and learning approaches

Position Requirements Include:

  • International travel up to 30% of the time
  • Five or more years of experience in evaluation and research
  • Strong conceptual foundation in social science research
  • Master's degree with a strong social research component, or equivalent combination of education, experience
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into accessible formats
