- Manage all aspects of our customer post-sales
- Create and manage internal CSM processes
Required Skills:
- Annual Company Trip
- 3+ years of customer success or account management for enterprise customers in SaaS
- 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Adept at managing workloads across time zones
- Ability to chair meetings or host webinars
