A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Events SaaS Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Handle all enterprise customers for our Events apps
  • Manage all aspects of our customer post-sales
  • Create and manage internal CSM processes

Required Skills:

  • Annual Company Trip
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management for enterprise customers in SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
  • Adept at managing workloads across time zones
  • Ability to chair meetings or host webinars
