Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Experience Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Serve as a source of user knowledge for the organization
  • Develop UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator’s guides, and research reports

Required Skills:

  • Master's degree or higher in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCI or related field
  • 4-5 years of previous experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research
  • Knowledge of user-centered design lifecycle
  • Experimental design, descriptive and inferential statistics
  • Master of many UX research methods
  • Experience applying research methods to product development/user centered design
