Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Experience Platform and Engineering Director in Palo Alto.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping to define the strategy of the experience platform team
- Working with cross-functional and operational teams across the company
- Owning the quality of delivery impacting teams, customers, and end users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience managing large engineering and/or cross-functional teams
- Experience building the foundational pieces of process and structure for a platform team
- Examples you can share on how you mentored and helped product designers grow
- Ability to clearly articulate your vision, build a clear strategy, and drive execution
- Ability to build solid platform that serves the need of multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
