A privately-held computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Export Compliance Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Mitigating export control-related violations through individual and team contributions
Engaging the development and engineering teams to ensure accurate product classifications
Engaging the legal and compliance teams to report potential violations

Skills and Requirements Include:

5 – 10 Years of Relevant Export Compliance Experience in the Technology Sector
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge in trade compliance standards and practices
Knowledge in Cloud, SaaS and on-prem environments
Proficiency in US Export Control Laws – EAR, ITAR and OFAC Regulatory
Experienced professional in export compliance and import compliance
