Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company that is working to change how groceries are purchased has an open position for a Remote Senior Express CRM Engagement Manager in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading conceptualizing, creating and managing retention and engagement content initiatives
- Managing strategic marketing initiatives (for Express CRM) from end to end
- Creating and managing the ongoing roadmap and initiatives across all Express lifecycle programs
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of experience managing full funnel marketing programs
- 2+ years building and managing teams
- Experience leveraging a complex marketing automation/CRM system
- Fluency in HTML/CSS to build and debug emails ahead of each send
- Team player and strong communicator
- Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs
