Job Summary
A global engineering and technology education organization has an open position for a Remote Senior External Relations and Mentor Program Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Communicating with and building relationships with corporate partners
- Implementing tight data collection, monitoring and analysis of fundraising and mentor engagement strategies
- Executing and managing current grant deliverables that include mentor engagement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years leading an experienced team to completion of complex projects
- Experience leading teams and making decisions in dynamic, high-stress situations
- Strong project management skills
- Passion for improving STEM education opportunities for children
- High empathy and ability to build relationships with people
- All other requirements necessary for this position
