Job Summary
A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is filling a position for a Remote Senior External Reporting Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee Company's external financial reporting function
- Work closely with members of accounting, legal, investor relations, FP&A, and internal and external auditors
- Prepare &/or review US GAAP compliant balance sheet, income tax, statement of cash flows, and statement of equity
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience with at least 4 years at a Big 4 accounting firm
- CPA
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Hyperion Solutions, and Workiva (preferred)
- SaaS/tech experience (preferred)
- Subject matter expert in SEC reporting compliance
