Job Summary

Role Objectives: To contribute to the development of IHHP Product and Learning Development strategy through delivering content in class and virtual, supporting our external training partners (facilitators and TTT's)i) and collaborating on the product roadmap and development of curriculum and learning experience initiatives that support growth,

Specific Role description:
Virtual & Classroom Content Facilitation
Be the primary facilitator for Virtual Delivery of IHHP programs
To work with Director, Digital Learning Experience on building our digital program experience both in virtually led, self paced and in classroom.
In class
Deliver in-class programs as required

Facilitator Leadership
To build relationships with our facilitators, providing direction and support as needed
Hiring and training of new facilitators
Work with facilitators updating program delivery skills as required.
Review facilitation guides and develop plans to update and digitize the facilitation experience.

ELT Relationship Management
Building relationships with our TTT's from a training perspective - building our opportunities to connect on content, build out advisory board, develop support materials and experiences.
Attend meetings with ELT clients to support sales ( 4-6 times a year (TBC)
Be a TTT and Digital Delivery SME to support marketing initiatives - include attending client meetings as required

Other responsibilities
Support Sales and Client Services as a resource and expert both internally and externally.
Attend 2-3 day company retreats (1-2x per year) and company day meetings
Attend conferences as either a SME or a learner.


Skills, Education, Experience and other Requirements:
At least 5+ years experience in a role with progressive training experience and program design
Experience in facilitating in a virtual environment and training others to do so.
Have knowledge and expertise in transforming classroom learning experiences into digital learning experiences.
Relevant experience in developing and executing learning strategies and solutions in large, complex programs
Work with delivery teams (facilitators / ELT's) to develop and deliver training programs and material to embed knowledge transfer and required behaviour change
Demonstrated success implementing training and learning solutions in an agile environment
Strong project management and execution skills to ensure successful delivery/implementation of learning initiatives and programs
A degree, certificate or designation in adult learning and/or university degree in related field
Strong presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of Emotional Intelligence concepts and competencies is a benefit.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Abiltiy to work remotely
