Job Summary
A platform for buying and selling vehicles is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Facilities and Real Estate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking and managing real estate expenses
- Sourcing and Negotiating our Real estate leases
- Coordinating and overseeing project management for all construction
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in related field strongly preferred or ample alternate experience within real estate operations
- 5+ years of experience in real estate operations
- Experience in project management and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
- Have an established track record of analyzing and acquiring properties
- Ability to own and manage large projects
