A facilities services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Facilities Services Sales Executive in Newport.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assessing assigned customer’s current and potential needs
• Continuously expanding existing relationships of assigned accounts
• Identifying, selling and closing new areas of opportunity

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of strategic account management, sales process and solution selling
• 4 years of direct sales experience in the services-based industry or equivalent
• Proven ability to translate the customer need(s) into solution requirements
• Have the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills
• Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging
• Experience in complex sales organizations
