Job Summary
A health sciences company has a current position open for a Senior Feasibility Solution Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging with business partners globally across Pharma R&D domain, to understand their support and data needs
- Partnering with IT on building data warehousing, data mastering, and integrated metric and reporting capabilities for JRD
- Managing of tickets and requests that come into the Service Now application
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a global organization is required
- Experience in data analytics, metrics optimization, and/or data warehousing is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have conflict resolution/management and negotiation skills
