- Managing the full-life cycle of recruiting and driving quality diverse candidates for all open positions
- Assessing, developing and delivering key talent strategies
- Facilitating the interview process and proactively building a relevant talent funnel
Qualifications Include:
- 7 plus years of successful experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment
- Previous experience in ATS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and change agent
