Job Summary
An owner of International brand of trucks and diesel engines is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Field Fleet Service Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review data provided by the customers and our internal reports to identify emerging issues and trends
- Develop and negotiate resolutions to address any issues that are identified by the customer or through the data
- Assess the customers in-house capabilities to determine tooling requirements, training needs, and local support
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of field service engineering, automotive service or truck service experience
- At least 1 year of lead experience
- Legally authorized on an unrestricted basis
