Job Summary
A data collection company is seeking a Remote Senior Field Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple global qualitative projects across a variety of sectors
- Consulting and partnering with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions to complex challenges
- Providing leadership and training for the Fieldwork team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Solution-oriented, with strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Expert at managing multiple projects, with a high level of detail
- Must have 10+ years of experience working in a market research environment
- Strong client services orientation, ability to translate client needs and shares this information across multiple function
- Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
