Job Summary
An open-source software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Finance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with business owners to drive financial strategy and performance
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Assisting with the build-out of dashboards to capture key performance metrics and observe business performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet and data modeling skills (Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc)
- 12+ years of experience in Finance with 4+ years in a leadership role in a high growth business, ideally managing a distributed FP&A team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence through creating fellowship
