Job Summary

A nonprofit civic organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Finance Operations Senior Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all disbursements to ioby Leaders, reconciliation of all project donations and disbursements
  • Managing all legal and grant agreements with company leaders
  • Supporting our audits with all project donation, disbursement, reconciliations and expenditure reports

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years experience with accounting or bookkeeping
  • Ability to perform basic account reconciliations
  • Excellent at math and Excel
  • Experience using a variety of software programs, including at least one CRM and one CMS
  • At least 5 years experience using Excel
