Job Summary
A human resources service provider is in need of a Remote Senior Finance Product Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build solutions with an agile cross-functional team, improving financial services we offer our customers
- Drive in the right direction by building an effective roadmap for your area of the product
- Ship improvements iteratively, challenging yourself and counterparts to find minimal solutions to problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Finance-related experience as a product manager in a high-growth company
- Relevant experience may include industry experience or specific finance product experience
- Great judgment making both strategic and tactical decisions
- Driven demonstrable results by moving a product in the right direction
- A strong sense of design and UX
- A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are boring and complicated
