Job Summary
A consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Financial Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing expert level federal accounting research and analysis
- Performing detailed variance analysis on quarterly financial statements
- Assisting in preparing and accompanying Army employees to all financial statement briefings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Valid and current Certified Public Accountant license issued by an accredited State Board of Accountancy
- Or have a CFA, CISA, or Master’s Degree in Accounting
- 3 years’ experience in federal government auditing/DoD Audit Readiness/DoD Financial Statements
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) experience
- Statement of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS) experience
