Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Financial Analyst in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of financial statements including summaries and period over period variance explanations
  • Building financial models for the company to support new initiatives, analyze various scenarios and drive innovative thinking
  • Assisting in month-end close process and reporting

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with standard financial planning and accounting concepts, practices and procedures
  • Proactive thinker, accountable, with high level of intellectual curiosity
