- Expert level of knowledge and experience for Oracle Exadata management
- Automation skills
- Knowledge and experience of AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Service
- Strong leadership and tech lead qualities are favored
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
