Job Summary

A provider of healthcare and clinical services is filling a position for a Remote Senior Financial Healthcare Accounts Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform monthly audits of all staff members
• Assist the Credit Balance and Refund Supervisor with staff evaluations
• Maintain appropriate documentation and refund records

Qualifications Include:

• 2 years of Previous healthcare experience
• High School or better
• Demonstrates a sound understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Microsoft Office skills
