Job Summary
A healthcare financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Financial Healthcare Solutions Sales Trainer.
Must be able to:
- Perform onboarding and regular training needs assessments and design a skill-based sales training curriculum
- Deploy end user training to educate reps on CRM functionality and the value of sales enablement platforms
- Maintain sales enablement tools to ensure they are easily accessible and provide the capabilities needed by our customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in Sales training and/or Sales Enablement
- Experience training in consultative sales is an asset
- 1+ years of training content design and live trainer experience, including virtual training
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and/or Salesforce
