Job Summary

A publishing company is in need of a Remote Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director in Boulder.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Strengthening the finance function
Developing best-in-class annual and long-term business planning processes
Architecting monthly and quarterly management and Board reporting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
8+ years of experience in Finance leadership roles
Experience with finance in a fast-growing company
Experience to identify & lead continuous improvement opportunities
Proven ability to understand organizational issues and influence change
Proven track record as a team player and collaborator
