Job Summary
A publishing company is in need of a Remote Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director in Boulder.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Strengthening the finance function
- Developing best-in-class annual and long-term business planning processes
- Architecting monthly and quarterly management and Board reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 8+ years of experience in Finance leadership roles
- Experience with finance in a fast-growing company
- Experience to identify & lead continuous improvement opportunities
- Proven ability to understand organizational issues and influence change
- Proven track record as a team player and collaborator
