Job Summary

A financial services and solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Financial Product Compliance Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Servingas a subject matter expert in consulting on product design
  • Directing and specifying project activity to support regulatory changes and product calendar deliverables
  • Reviewing and interpreting product specifications in order to draft contract forms that meet product and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of industry, regulatory or legal experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Experience using SERFF and INSource
  • Experience drafting and filing group and/or individual life, long-term care, and/or annuity insurance products
