Job Summary
A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Financial Project Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a digital product with multiple product teams that contain a high degree of risk, visibility and urgency
- Driving and recommending process improvements, abandonment opportunities, and consistency across the capability
- Ensuring onboarding plans for new resources, including updating lists, tools, and access
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-million-dollar ($5M+), enterprise-wide projects with a high level of complexity
- 5+ years of industry or product management experience in a project leadership capacity
- Experience leading or formally mentoring project team members and project leaders
- Experience leading idea cost / benefit reviews
- Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve elements that can impact a product
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
