Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Financial Services Technical Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Serve as an internal consultant and advisor for hiring managers
- Ensure productivity increases with each step
- Understand the needs/skills of the position to be filled
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7 + years of Technical Recruiting experience
- 5+ years of progressive technical business and/or internal business consulting experience
- Ability to successfully influence front line management and senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of recruitment talent metrics, and KPI’s
- Excellent time management skills to handle competing priorities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
