Job Summary
A diversified banking company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Financial Software Cloud Engineering Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving engineering best practices to improve the consistency, delivery, and quality of solutions
- Leading and participating in all phases of business planning, analysis, and reporting cadences
- Leading the innovation and introduction of new infrastructure capabilities and services that align with critical business objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 9 years of software engineering experience
- At least 7 years of experience in people management
- Ability to lead and participate in all phases of business planning, analysis, and reporting cadences
- Ability to build and operate the infrastructure functions
- Ability to mentor, develop, and grow engineering management
