A diversified banking company has an open position for a Remote Senior Financial Technology Program Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scaling the organization to support multiple fast-paced initiatives
- Managing programs related to development, deployment and operation of our world-class Marketing platforms
- Planning and executing programs for delivering Marketing capabilities and use cases across the company
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 9 years of technical program management or software engineering experience
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- Ability to partner with appropriate stakeholders across the company to assess software and architectural complexity
- Ability to work with teams to set program milestones and communicate risks
