Job Summary
A holding company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Flood Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering questions or resolves problems of customer service reps
- Working in unison with specified underwriting team to enhance the agency experience
- Being the expert on claim questions and assist the CSR team on answering claim questions
