Remote Senior Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

Monitoring vendor activities and ensuring compliance with foreclosure processes, the full-time Remote Senior Foreclosure Specialist will manage residential mortgage referrals and collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes while assisting with training and project preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains and ensures timely completion of foreclosure tracking templates and communicates effectively with clients and investors
• Manages outstanding tasks and vendor performance while providing accurate documentation and reporting throughout the foreclosure process
• Identifies and resolves complex issues, assists with new hire training, and prepares workflow presentations within a subject matter expert capacity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred
• Three years of experience in foreclosure, banking, or mortgage-related fields
• Notary Public or prior Paralegal experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the foreclosure process, including Judicial and Non-Judicial proceedings
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks under pressure
