Job Summary
A mortgage lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Foreclosure Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring file in accordance with required notification periods
- Preparing documents and deeds to be executed
- Providing copy of default notice to investor and mortgage insurance carrier
Qualifications Include:
- Highly proficient with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience using the internet to perform basic searches to obtain information
- Moderate to high independent judgment required
