Job Summary

A mortgage lending company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Foreclosure Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring file in accordance with required notification periods
• Preparing documents and deeds to be executed
• Providing copy of default notice to investor and mortgage insurance carrier

Qualifications Include:

• Highly proficient with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience using the internet to perform basic searches to obtain information
• Moderate to high independent judgment required
