Job Summary

A telecommunications and IT services firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Fortigate Firewalls Operations Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading team towards the development of new solutions
  • Leading the Federal SOC team
  • Providing consultation and advice to engineers and management

Required Skills:

  • Well-versed in BGP routing protocol and configuration
  • Must have Expert understanding of IPSEC VPN and Remote Access VPN
  • Well-versed in MPLS Networks
  • Experience in Coding languages: such as Python, C/C++, and Java
  • Fortinet NSE7, NSE8, Palo Alto PCNSE, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, and/or CISSP certifications
  • Ability to translate and summarize technical issues to senior leadership
