Remote Senior Fraud Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Fraud Operations Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing all risky transactions and user activity and taking appropriate actions based on risk strategy
• Supporting operations and CS teams with fraud related reviews, providing valuable insight and solutions focused on managing risk

Position Requirements Include:

• 3-4 years of progressive fraud/risk experience - with an emphasis in the financial service industry
• An understanding of funds movement between institutions including, but not limited to ACH, Debit Cards, and Visa Money Transfers
• Passion for improving the financial health of our users through a customer first risk based approach
