Job Summary

A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Front End Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing end-to-end software development in an agile environment
  • Coming up with new ideas to improve our architecture and development process
  • Staying on top of technology and host tech talks for the team

Required Skills:

  • Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
  • Minimum of five years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years on the front-end
  • Demonstrable experience building world-class, consumer web application interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6
  • Strong command of web standards, HTML, CSS, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
  • Knowledge of modern front end tools such as React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, and Jest
