Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Front End Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the Department of Veterans Affairs to drive improvements to the Veteran experience
  • Building user-friendly, mobile-ready, accessible, and secure UIs
  • Engaging front-end work using ReactJS and the US Web Design System

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • At least four (4) years of experience as a software engineer
  • At least two (2) years of experience using React
  • Ability to solve complex problems both independently and collaborative
  • Able to find and reduce technical debt
  • Experience writing testable code to implementing and run automated tests
