Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing
• Developing and maintaining functional talent pipelines which result in top talent hired
• Demonstrating inclusion and diversity awareness as well as utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse population

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of Human Capital, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition support experience
• Experience using Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system
• Demonstrated ability to work with Hiring Managers at all levels and develop strong relationships
